SERVICE POLICES
I’m honored to hold space for your healing and self-care journey. To respect your time, my time, and the energy that goes into preparing for your session, please review and agree to the following service policies before booking.
Appointments
All services are virtual by default, unless otherwise arranged for in-person travel.
Appointments must be booked in advance. Walk-ins are not available.
Please log in or be ready at your scheduled time. If you are more than 10 minutes late, your session may be shortened or may need to be rescheduled at my discretion.
Cancellations & Rescheduling
Cancellations or reschedule requests must be made at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment.
Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice are considered a late cancellation and are non-refundable.
No-shows and same-day cancellations cannot be refunded or rescheduled.
If you need to reschedule, please contact me at least 24 hours in advance, and I will do my best to accommodate you based on availability.
REFUNDS
All service sales are final. No refunds are offered for services, including dissatisfaction, missed appointments, or late arrivals.
TRAVEL SERVICES AND FEES
If you prefer an in-person session, I’m happy to travel to you within 100 miles of Phoenix, AZ, for an additional travel fee. Travel fees help cover my time, mileage, and preparation for your in-person experience. Fees are as follows:
0–25 miles: $30
26–50 miles: $45
51–100 miles: $75
If your location is beyond 100 miles, please contact me to discuss possible arrangements.
